Overview:
Working as a Part-Time Help Desk employee, you will provide assistance to Fastenal stores by responding to Help Desk calls. This is an entry level position based out of our distribution center located at 9911 Woodend Road, Edwardsville, KS.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Customer contact via email and telephone
Inventory auditing
Product retrieval for walk-in customers
POSITION
Qualifications:
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
The ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Detailed oriented
Dependable and self motivated
Compliant with safety regulations
Strong
computer
skills and math aptitude
Able to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
Ability to pass the required drug test (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
