Overview:
Working as a FAST Solutions Support person you will facilitate the initial setup, programming, and troubleshooting of Fastenal's FAST 5000 Product Vending Machines.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Setting-up, programming, and troubleshooting Fastenal's FAST 5000 Product Vending Machines.
o Maintaining quality and efficiencies while providing for continual departmental improvements
o Communicating with department Lead, Hub Manager, Vendors, and occasionally Fastenal Branches and their customers.
o Other duties as assigned
POSITION
Qualifications:
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
o Ability to demonstrate Company values of Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork
o Able to communicate with Fastenal stores and vendors in a professional manner
o Be mechanically inclined and posses a high degree of attention to detail
o Able to receive and understand instructions
o Capable of lifting 70 lbs on a regular basis
o A valid driver's license and ability to meet our driving record requirements
o Ability to pass the required drug test (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
