Overview:
Responsible for cleaning the physical structures, the yard and dock areas of the facility to provide an attractive, clean, work environment.
Position Information:
o Vacuum, sweep, mop and dust entire office area
o Empty trash
o Clean restrooms
o Perform general yard work (cleans, picks up trash, cuts grass, maintains gardens)
o Maintain parking areas to keep free of trash
o Clean dock and dock apron
o Perform minor building repair and paint as needed
o Change light bulbs in office area and on dock
o Change air conditioner filters
o Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
o Perform other duties as required
